IMMERSE YOURSELF INTO THE HEART OF MUSIC BY FRÉDÉRIC
CHOPIN, TRAVEL BETWEEN NOTES, PLAY WITH THE RHYTHMS AND
LET YOURSELF BE CARRIED AWAY BY IMPROVISATION.

Claudio Celada (piano) Jean Cortes (double bass, arrangements) Piero
iannetti (drums, percussions).

The music of Chopin is an inexhaustible well for a jazz trio. Everything is here.
The colorful harmony of incredible modernity, the brilliance of the features, the
pianistic dazzling, but also romanticism, lyricism and sensitivity. How not to be
seduced by this genius who a century before the rise of jazz was excelling in
the art of improvisation?
Every note of his music still resonates as if it had been written yesterday. His
melodies withstand quietly the test of time. It is this timelessness that allows
us to enter the intimacy of this work through a jazzistic approach. The piano
obviously remains the centerpiece of this music, but the contribution of the double bass and the drum demonstrates, if it was needed, to what extend the
master was ahead of his time. Improvisational phases allow to extrapolate
own intuition without ever betraying intentions.
It is with great humility that the trio approach this repertoire, and will share with
you the joy of interpreting the music of such a great composer.
